With a constant sharp pain in one side of the buttock and irritating
burning or tingling sensation throbbing down the back of the leg, sciatica can
really be a pain in the arse. Lucky for some sciatic pain can be mild and lasts
no longer than 6 weeks. In these cases home treatment with over-the-counter painkillers
should do the trick.
However, things are getting slightly more complicated if
the symptoms are severe and last longer than 6 weeks. This is chronic sciatica,
which may affect your most essential everyday activities such as standing,
sitting and walking. |

pain we know there is something going terribly wrong. Intense morning stiffness
and painful muscle tightness may zap your energy, enthusiasm and passion for
life and you may begin to feel old before your time.
Bad posture, high heel shoes, desk job or hours spent
in one position as well as injuries – just to name a few - are all responsible
for causing back pain. However, there is also another key factor contributing

With 5.4
million people in the UK suffering from asthma Britain has reached one of the
highest asthma rates in the world. Statistics are pretty shocking! In our highly developed modern society of the 21st century on average 3
people in the UK die each day because of asthma.
Unfortunately asthma is not yet fully curable. No wonder
asthma sufferers often turn to complementary therapies to relief asthma
symptoms. According to the research carried out by Asthma UK 1 in 10 people
living with asthma use complementary medicine and many more would consider it
in the future. |

endless! However, they may all quickly lose their importance when it comes to health.

to do everything we can to be healthy again. For various reasons this is
sometimes not possible to achieve in the UK, and therefore, more and more
people are turning towards having their medical treatments done abroad. |
